Harley-Davidson has launched the 2019 Forty-Eight Special along with the 2019 Street Glide Special in India.

The new Forty-Eight Special model is priced at INR 10.98 Lakh (ex-showroom).

The new Street Glide Special model is priced at INR 30.53 Lakh (ex-showroom).
The Forty-Eight Special model gets blacked-out tallboy handlebars along with tank graphics and badge which are inspired by the 70’s-style.
The motorcycle also features a slammed speedometer, peanut tank, massive triple clamps and a ribbed solo style seat.
The new Forty-Eight Special comes with 49 mm front forks and an Emulsion rear shock with a screw pre-load adjuster. It even gets split nine-spoke black wheels which complement the Dark Custom look.
Power for the 2019 Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight Special comes from a 1,202cc, V-twin cylinder, air-cooled Evolution engine. This motor is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Braking power comes from Dual-piston callipers at the front and rear.
The new Street Glide Special is a hot rod bagger style motorcycle. This model features the all-new, big screen BOOM! GTS infotainment system. It gets bold looking black alloy wheels and blacked-out front forks, handlebars, tank console and exhaust for an aggressive, modern look.
The motorcycle also gets long and low profile stretched saddle bags for an iconic, custom look. Boom! GTS infotainment features a 6.5-inch touchscreen and comes with Bluetooth connectivity, calling function and GPS navigation. The system can play AM, FM radio and music can be streamed from an SD Card or via a USB flash drive. It also includes voice recognition for phone and media functions.
Power for the 2019 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special comes from the 1,868cc V-Twin Milwaukee-Eight motor. This engine is mated to a 6-Speed Cruise Drive transmission. Stopping power comes from 4-piston fixed callipers at both the wheels.
