The KTM 390 Duke was launched internationally last year. It was available in the white colour but the sale was restricted to only export markets. However, some units did enter the local market in this paint scheme due to an internal error.

“KTM has been amongst the fastest growing motorcycle brands in the country. The new generation of KTM Dukes launched last year have been extremely well received and with this new colour variant we have broadened the choices available for our customers,” commented Mr. Amit Nandi President (Probiking).

Mechanically, the motorcycle receives no changes. It continues to be powered by the 373.2 cc single cylinder engine which produces 43.5 PS of power and 37 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission and is equipped with a slipper clutch.

The KTM 390 Duke rides on 17-inch cast light alloy wheels which are fitted with Metzeler tyres. It is equipped with upside-down (USD) forks from WP Suspension at the front and WP shock absorber at the rear.

Stopping power comes from a large 320 mm disc at the front which works in tandem with the 2-channel Bosch ABS which can be switched off. At the rear, the bike gets 230 mm disc brakes.

The KTM 390 Duke also received Ride-By-Wire technology, all-new LED headlamps, a bigger fuel tank and a glorious multicolour TFT display when it was updated last year.
