WMC250EV – World’s Fastest Electric Motorcycle Concept unveiled

British two-wheeler manufacturer White Motorcycle Concepts has unveiled the WMC250EV electric motorcycle concept.The distinctively styled and incredibly aerodynamic electric motorcycle is claimed to be the world’s fastest electric motorcycle. It was created with the goal of breaking the 400 km/h barrier.

A channel runs beneath the seats and handlebars of the electric motorcycle concept. This innovation is known as ‘V-Air,’ and according to White Motorcycles, it can assist reduce drag by up to 70% when compared to a traditional motorcycle.

Two 20 kW electric motors at the front and two 30 kW AC motors at the back are reported to power the WMC250EV. The combined 100 kW is further paired with a 15 kWh lithium-ion battery.

The motorcycle is believed to be entirely made of carbon fibre and aluminium, weighing in at 300 kilos with the enormous powertrain. With their WMC250EV, White Motorcycle Concepts hopes to break both the British and world land speed records in the next 12 months.

The current two-way speed record is 394.4 km/h, while the one-way speed record is 407 km/h.
