Hyundai Motor India Ltd has unveiled the All-New Hyundai Santro. The entry-level family hatchback will make its world premiere on October 23, 2018 in New Delhi.
Hyundai says that the all new Santro has been developed to meet the needs of Indian Families with a focus to create a product offering customers a great ownership experience. The new Hyundai Santro is based on “Rhythmical Tension” design theme. This new design language exudes a refined yet sporty image.
The front of The all new Santro is defined by Hyundai’s Signature Cascade Grille with chrome surround that according to the car’s designers, projects modern and premium appeal of the car.
The new Hyundai Santro will come packed with many features including segment-first 7-inch Touch Screen Audio Video System. This Multi-media system is compatible with Android auto, Apple Carplay and Mirror Link. It even supports Voice Recognition Function and also functions as a Rear Parking Camera display.
Hyundai also claims that the new Santro offers Best-in-Class Air Conditioning and gets Rear AC vents which a first in this segment. The hatchback will also feature Hyundai’s Patent ‘Eco Coating Technology’ that is said to prevent unpleasant odour to develop in the AC Evaporator by degrading the micro-organisms.
The stylish tall boy car proportions ensures superior headroom and shoulder room. The car has been designed for easy ingress & egress. It has a High seating position with Good All-round Visibility and Spacious & Airy Cabin feel.
Built on a new platform, the 2018 Hyundai Santro is made up of 63% Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS) + High Strength Steel (HSS). The small city car will also get ABS with EBD and Driver’s Airbag as standard.
The new Hyundai Santro will be powered by the company’s reliable 1.1 Litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine. The engineers have tuned this motor to produce low vibration and deliver high fuel efficiency.
The new Santro will also be the first Hyundai model to offer the in-house developed Smart Auto AMT Technology and will also come with a Factory fitted CNG option.
Hyundai is offering 3 Years/100,000 kms Warranty and 3 Years Road Side Assistance for the new Santro. The company also claims that the hatchback will have the lowest cost of maintenance with doorstep service facility.
The Pre-Booking for new Hyundai Santro will be 100% online starting from October 10, 2018 till October 22, 2018. As an introductory offer, first 50,000 customers can pre-book the new Santro by paying INR 11,100.
