The company says that the BMW M8 Gran Coupe Concept offers a look ahead to the most exotic and alluring variant of the new BMW 8-Series. Earlier, the German car maker had showcased the BMW 8 Series Coupe Concept at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.
The M8 Gran Coupe Concept showcases BMW’s new design language which is more dynamic than what we have seen from the brand till date.
The concept car is finished in Salève Vert paint which changes from green to greyish blue shade in different light conditions. The kidney grille, window graphic, hallmark M gills, brakes, wheel rims and M twin exhaust tailpipes are finished in a nice looking sating gold colour.
The car gets a very aggressive and muscular body design. Just like other BMW M cars, it features a roof made from carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP). The car is wide and long and has a very elegant sporty coupe silhouette.
BMW has not revealed the interior of the M8 Gran Coupe Concept but we can expect it to be stylish and sporty and very futuristic, similar to the one shown on the BMW 8-Series Coupe. Engine and technical specifications will also be provided closer to the launch of the production models.
