Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced the launch of the 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid in India. The new eight-generation Toyota Camry utilizes TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture). It is powered by the newly developed Dynamic Force Engine and fourth generation Toyota Hybrid System with advanced Nickel-Metal-Hydride batteries.

The luxury hybrid sedan has been introduced at a price of INR 36,95,000 (ex-showroom, pan-India).
Power for the new Toyota Camry Hybrid 2.5-litre petrol engine which is assisted by an electric motor. It is coupled with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). The sedan delivers a fuel economy of 23.27 km/l.
The petrol motor produces 178 PS and 221 Nm, while the electric motor develops 120 PS and 202 Nm. The combined power output churned out from the powertrain is 218 PS.
The new Camry Hybrid gets a unique and stylish look. The attractive bold face is characterized by Two Grill Design. It also gets Moon Roof, Rear Combination Lamps and Rear Fog Lamps.
The car also comes with LED Fog Lamp, 18-inch Multi-Spoke Alloy Wheels, Dusk-sensing LED Projector Headlamps (with Auto Levelling), LED Daytime Running Lamps & Follow-me-Home function.
The all-new Camry Hybrid Electric Vehicle’s cabin is spacious, elegant and artistic. It features upscale materials and artistic build quality. The new car’s cabin is accentuated with a range of advanced features which includes Best-in-class cockpit with Human Machine Interface (HMI), Rich Texture and finish such as Soft Beige Leather Upholstery, Metallic accents and Onyx Garnish.
The car also gets Enlarged Cargo Space, New Seat Design, Rear Seats with Power Recline and Trunk access, Touch control panel at Rear Arm Rest, HUD (Head-Up Display).
