The Honda Activa 5G is very similar in terms of looks to its predecessor and boasts of some minor changes. The new Deluxe variant features a full LED Headlamp and position lamp which Honda claims is the first in the 110cc two-wheeler segment. It also gets digital-analogue instrument cluster with ECO speed indicator and Service Due Indicator.
The Honda Activa 5G also comes with new front chrome garnish and metal muffler protector. The scooter also gets a front hook, 4-in-1 lock with seat opener switch and retractable rear hook.

Powering the Honda Activa 5G is the tried and tested 109.19cc engine which produces 8 bhp @ 7500 RPM and 9 Nm of torque @ 5500 RPM. The engine is mated to a CVT automatic gearbox.
The scooter continues to be equipped with link-type front suspension and a single rear shock absorber. It gets 130 mm drum brakes on both ends, with Combined Braking System (CBS). The Activa 5G runs on 10-inch wheels wrapped in 90/100 section tyres.

The scooter comes in 8 exterior colours. These include two new shades Dazzle Yellow Metallic and Pearl Spartan Red along with Black, Matte Axis Grey, Matte Selene Silver Metallic, Trance Blue Metallic and Pearl Amazing White colours.
