When the TUV300 was launched the company had explained how the compact SUV draws inspiration from a Battle Tank. Taking that idea a bit further, here is a rendering of the Mahindra TUV300 modified as the Snow Warrior. The four wheels were replaced with tracks to give it that tank look and also make the SUV usable during extreme conditions in the winter.
Now before you think, such a thing is not doable, let me tell you that it is very much possible to add snow tracks to vehicles. Actually, many manufacturers have showcased similar concepts and it is where I too got the idea to make such a modified version of the Mahindra TUV300. Now it may not be feasible to turn the TUV300 into what has been imagined here but Mahindra certainly has the resources and capability to make one, if they wish to.
Now let’s talk about the visual changes made to this modified TUV300. At the front, the chrome slats which are a signature styling element for Mahindra vehicles were replaced by a matte black grill with horizontal slats.
The bumper was tweaked a bit and houses tow hooks. The wheel arches get black plastic cladding and the lower part of the doors get diamond steel plate. All this further add to the SUV’s rugged looks. The headlights, taillights and the window behind the rear door get some additional protection as well.
A roof carrier was also added to carry all the required stuff needed during an expedition. The white paint and the black combo give the TUV300 a very rich look. It also gets body graphics that are inspired by the marks on the body of a Zebra.
