Piaggio has launched its new range of 125cc scooters- Vespa Urban Club in India. The lifestyle scooter joins the portfolio of meticulously finished products from the iconic house of Vespa such as SXL, VXL and Elegante.

The scooter is available at a price of INR 72,190 (ex-showroom Pune).
Vespa Urban Club scooter comes in four vibrant colours of Azzurro Provenza, Maze Grey, Glossy Yellow and Glossy Red. The Vespa Urban Club is graced with glossy black embellishments like mirrors, grab rail, brake levers and wheels that creates a sharp contrast while enhancing the Italian aesthetics to its steel monocoque.
The sophisticated and sleek scooter is equipped with Combined Braking System. It also offers additional provisions for owners to install Piaggio’s mobile connectivity feature to operate and control features of the scooter at a click.
Powering the Vespa Urban Club is a 125 cc, 3 valve engine which produces 7.1 kW @ 6750 rpm and 9.9 Nm @ 6250 rpm. The engine is mated to a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT). The scooter gets drums brakes on both the end.
The Vespa Urban Club is suspended by an Aircraft derived single side arm Front Suspension with Anti-Dive characteristics and Rear suspension with Dual-Effect Hydraulic Shock Absorber.
