Nissan India has launched the NissanConnect app which is an integrated information and communication platform that connects with the customer’s smartphone to provide enhanced driving and ownership experience.
Inspired by the Intelligent Mobility vision of making driving more confident, efficient yet exciting, NissanConnect transforms the car into a more responsive partner, providing security and convenience. The app has been specifically developed for the Indian market. It also enables the customer to be connected to his or her family through the car.
The NissanConnect platform is available across the whole range of Nissan cars which include the Micra, Sunny and Terrano. The system is avialable only on select variants. It offers more than 50 Connected Car features and comes with three years of free subscription and one year of Nissan warranty program which is calculated from the start of the activation.

NissanConnect has been developed by Renault Nissan Technology Business Centre India (RNTBCI). It is a factory fitted Connected Car Technology solution with an embedded Telematics Control Unit paired with an inbuilt SIM for every car and a dedicated server.
The NissanConnect App is avaialble across Android, iOS and Windows mobile platforms and can be downloaded from their respecitve app stores. To activate the system, the customer has to contact their nearest Nissan dealer. NissanConnect users can monitor and customize their app settings from www.nissanconnect.in.
