To celebrate its successful two years in India, Renault has introduced a special edition of its popular hatchback, the Kwid. The Renault Kwid 2nd Anniversary Edition comes with added visual upgrades to make the car look stylish inside and out. It is available in the RXL and RXT trim and comes in stylish Fiery Red and Ice Cool White colour options.

The Renault Kwid 2nd Anniversary Edition features contrasting 02 insignia on the hood along with the iconic Sportline graphics on the roof and C-pillar. The wheels and the outside rear view mirrors are painted in contrasting colours, red for the white coloured Kwid and white for the red coloured model. The front and rear bumpers too get a dose of this contrasting paint treatment along with graphics on the door with the 02 insignia.
Inside, the same 02 theme is carried forward, the car gets new Sportline seat upholstery and floor mats with 02 Insignia. The limited edition Kwid also features a two-tone gear knob, piano black center fascia with dark ivory contour, side air vents with dark ivory contour and sporty looking steering wheel with 02 Insignia on the bottom part.
The Renault Kwid 2nd Anniversary Edition comes in 0.8L and 1.0L engine options. The 0.8L variant is powered by a 799 cc engine which produces a power of 54 PS at 5678 rpm and a torque of 72 Nm at 4386 rpm. The 1.0L model gets its power from a 999 cc motor which develops 68 PS of power at 5500 rpm and 91 Nm of torque. Both these engines are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
